The Brian Grant Foundation (BGF) is committed to the protection of your online privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat information received about you when you visit training.briangrant.org (“website”) and register for our online courses. For easy access, we provide a link to the Privacy Policy page in the footer of this website. This Privacy Policy applies to all information received by BGF and any information you provide to third-party vendors operating on behalf of BGF.

Personal and credit card information is also collected through donations submitted on financial transaction pages. This information is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes and to include you on BGF’s mailing list, if you choose to join it. When you send a donation in honor or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgement be sent to another individual, we will use the name and address of that individual for acknowledgement purposes only.

BGF will not sell or rent your information to others. BGF may otherwise disclose your personal information when:

  • We have your express consent to share the information for a specified purpose;
